Summary: The Dogs have taken over.. No respect for those of us afraid of them and were there for a relaxing time. They were jumping on us as we were getting coffee in the lobby, barking in elevators and barking in the night.. Just disgusting. They were even allowed on the furniture and in eating areas!

The valet service was a great convenience, especially with parking, and made our arrival stress-free. Our room was spotless, including the bathroom, which we really appreciated. It was quiet and comfortable—perfect for our family stay. Everything about the hotel felt well-kept and thoughtfully run. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend Kimpton The Forum Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and family-friendly place to stay with top-tier service. Summary: We reserved a two queen room and were told that we had booked a flexible room. That is no where on the reservation that I am aware of. We had to request a roll away bed. Very frustrating.

Summary: Mandatory calet (26 dollar and tip) and breakfast was only a 20 usd credit, so i got only coffee and granola with a mini muffin. The rip off definitely. Go somewhere else for a 300 usd room

Summary: My favorite hotel at UVA. Love the lobby and common spaces (cozy fireplace areas), the gardens are beautiful and the rooms are pretty. The restaurant was not staffed well for breakfast…so plan for extra time to be seated and served.
